How to Share a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches Alienacid Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Alienacid Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The way a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and to keep written notes.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Alienacid Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Us Your Concern

Email contact@alienacid.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you hope we will do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not solve the problem, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another place to turn.
